At Furever Friends, your satisfaction — and your pet's happiness — is our priority.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. For hygiene reasons, opened food, treats, or grooming products cannot be returned.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll happily exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
